AUTHORIZATION:The Love Is in the Air and in the Sea Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on January 25, 2023 and ends on February 22, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. M.ET ("Promotional Period"). The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry. Entrants must be able to present a valid ID in order to participate and/or claim the prize. Applicable outside the US and where prohibited. Employees, directors and officers of Texas Roadhouse, Inc. (collectively, the "Sponsor") and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, public relations agencies, prize providers and any vendors offering products or services in connection with this Sweepstakes ( collectively the “Sponsoring Affiliates”) and their immediate families (ie, grandparents, parents, children, siblings, spouse) or family members of such employees/officers/directors are not eligible. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. You are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes if you are not a legal resident of the United States.

When accessing the Sweepstakes entry page, you must provide your first and last name, email address, phone number, zip code and confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. No purchase is required to participate. By participating, you agree to the terms contained in these Official Rules.
OPTION TO RECEIVE PROMOTIONAL MARKETING MESSAGES:By participating in the competitionhttp://assets.fbmta.com/clt/txrdh/lp/join/2023/cruise.asp, you will have the opportunity to tick a box to receive offers, special offers and news from Texas Roadhouse via email and/or SMS. You also have the option to tick a separate box to opt-in to receiving promotional messages from Princess®. You do not have to opt-in to receive promotional communications in order to enter the Sweepstakes. Opting out of receiving these promotional communications will not increase your chances of winning.
PRIVACY:Your participation in the Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, which can be viewed by visitinghttps://www.texasroadhouse.com/privacy-policy. Any information you submit will be treated in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy. By checking the box to receive promotional messages from Princess®, you acknowledge and agree that Sponsor may transmit your name, email address and zip code to Princess® in order to send promotional messages to you.
LIMIT OF ONE (1) REGISTRATION PER PERSON:Entry into the Sweepstakes is limited to one (1) entry per person per email address.
Submissions generated by robots or scripts are in direct violation of the Official Rules and will result in immediate disqualification of all related Submissions. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, defaced, stolen, incomplete, invalid, illegible, misdirected, technically damaged, or distorted entries that will be disqualified, or for any problem of any kind, whether mechanical, human, or electronic. Only received and confirmed applications and fully completed application forms are eligible. Proof of postage will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor.
DESIGN:On or about February 23, 2023, Sponsor will select one (1) winner (“Winner”) at random from all entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
FORGIVE:Winner will receive a 4-7 day Princess® cruise for two (2) people from Galveston, TX or Ft. Lauderdale, FL to the Caribbean or Mexico for $2,900. Winner and their guest (“Guest”) will share accommodation in a balcony stateroom. Prize includes the Princess® Plus Package (includes Beverage Plus Package, WiFi and cruise credit) for winner and guest valued at $840. Approximate total retail value of the cruise and Princess Package ® Plus is $3,740.00. Texas Roadhouse offers round-trip airfare for two people valued at up to $1,000 per person and ground transportation valued at up to $150 per person. The price includes only the items mentioned herein, and any other items or services may incur additional fees or charges. Cruise selection is subject to availability at the time of booking and must be taken within one (1) year from the date the winner is notified that they have won the Sweepstakes. NOTIFICATION:Winner will be notified by mail or email, as determined solely by Sponsor. Winner will receive a 1099 tax form for the retail value of the prize. Winner may also be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, waiver of liability and (where permitted by law) release of publicity (if permitted) (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”). If the winner cannot be contacted, does not claim the prize within 2 days of notification, is disqualified, or refuses to sign prize claim documents, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. At Sponsor's discretion, the winner may be required to provide a photograph or other appropriate form of identification in order to claim the prize.
NOTICE:Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's consent to the use of name, likeness, prize information, city and state of residence by Sponsor and its designees for advertising purposes in all media without further verification. .
NO GUARANTEE:The award is presented "AS IS". Sponsor makes no warranties, express or implied (including but not limited to quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) with respect to this Sweepstakes or the prize. Prize consists of the listed item only, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Federal, state or local taxes on the prize, if any, and any other costs, fees or expenses not listed above are the sole responsibility of the winner.
NO LIABILITY AND DAMAGES:Sponsor, Sponsor's affiliates and/or their agents are not responsible and Entrants reject any error of any kind (caused by computer, technical or human error) that could limit Entrant's ability to submit an entry, any prize to claim or otherwise participate in this Sweepstakes or Sponsor's ability to include all eligible entries, conduct random drawings, notify potential winners, or conduct this Sweepstakes as intended. Entrants further indemnify and agree to hold Sponsor and Sponsor's affiliates harmless from and against any liability, claim, suit, loss, damage, injury, cost or expense of any kind, including but not limited to property damage , personal injury, injury and/or death they may suffer. in connection with this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to: (a) receipt, possession or use or misuse of any prize awarded; (b) participating in Sweepstakes-related activities, including but not limited to travel; (c) claims of publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or any other intellectual property cause of action; (d) typographical or other errors in these Official Rules or other materials published by Sponsor; and (e) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or failure in the communication line, regardless of cause, with any equipment, system, network, conduit, satellite, server, computer or provider. used by a participant or sponsor.UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL A PARTICIPANT BE PERMITTED TO RECEIVE ANY PRIZE, AND PARTICIPANT WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL AND OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL EXPENDITURE, AND ALL RIGHTS TO ADJUSTMENT OR ALCULATION OF DAMAGES.
PLEASE NOTE THAT HIGH VOLUME OF ENTRIES OR TECHNICAL PROBLEMS WITH THE SYSTEM MAY RESULT IN YOUR TEMPORARILY INABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION OR PROCESSING OF ENTRIES THAT ARE NOT RECEIVED IN TIME FOR PARTICIPATION. SPONSOR, SPONSOR'S AFFILIATE AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR FAILURE TO RECEIVE SUBMISSIONS DUE TO SUCH DELAYS.
OTHER CONDITIONS:Sponsor's decisions in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes are final. Sponsor reserves the right to extend, cancel or amend the Sweepstakes for any reason, including but not limited to if fraud, misconduct or technical failure destroys the integrity of the Sweepstakes or if a computer virus, bug or other problem the Sweepstakes is technically damaged administration, security or proper administration of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify or exclude any person from participation if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the person violates any eligibility requirement or any provision of these Official Rules.WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR DEVELOP THE OPERATION OF THIS Sweepstakes IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW.
